About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, with the ability to create positive change in a team environment and work independently without direct supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Familiarity with Mark*VIe control systems and knowledge of lean activities such as 5S, ensuring high-quality work while adhering to prescribed work instructions.
  • Manage kitting batching and communicate material shortages with planners/buyers, promoting excellence in EHS, customer service, quality, fulfillment, inventory management, and productivity within the team.
  • Plan resources and material demands based on forecasts, conduct regular Toolbox talks with Assembly teams, and drive SQDC daily management and lean methodology at Assembly cells.
  • Own Defect tracker tool, attend punches, and communicate status to Project teams, ensuring adherence to plant policies and QMS procedures as per defined roles & responsibilities.
  • Support, maintain, and achieve plant goals & objectives, KPI's, EHS & Quality frameworks, and collaborate with HW Engineers on drawing markups and technical queries.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, Mechanical or Control systems from an accredited university or college (or at least 5 years of operations or manufacturing experience in cabinet manufacturing).
  • Proven experience in cabinet manufacturing execution supervision and strong understanding of general layout and wiring diagrams for inspection & verification.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word.
