About YouWe are seeking a motivated and organized UAE National Junior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As an entry-level project manager, you will assist senior team members in managing various architectural projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to the firm's quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Project Coordination: Assist in the day-to-day management and coordination of architectural projects from initiation to completion, maintaining project schedules, managing resources, and ensuring tasks are completed in line with project timelines.
- Document Control: Organize and maintain project documentation, including contracts, drawings, change orders, and other important documents, ensuring all project files are up to date and accessible to the team.
- Budget & Resource Tracking: Assist in tracking project budgets, expenditures, and resource allocation, helping identify potential budget overruns and reporting discrepancies to senior project managers.
- Risk Management & Issue Resolution: Identify potential risks or challenges in the project and help senior managers develop strategies to mitigate them, assisting in solving problems as they arise during the course of the project.
