Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates. Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with hiring managers. Prepare job offers and onboarding documentation. Conduct new hire orientation and ensure smooth integration. - Employee Relations & Engagement:
Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures. Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and team-building activities. Assist in conflict resolution and grievance handling. - Payroll & Compensation:
Ensure accurate payroll processing by coordinating attendance, leaves, and benefits. Assist in salary structure formulation and compensation management. - Compliance & HR Policies:
Maintain compliance with labor laws and company regulations. Keep records updated for audits and legal requirements. Ensure adherence to company policies and suggest improvements. - Performance Management & Training:
Assist in performance evaluation cycles and feedback sessions. Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs. - HR Administration:
Maintain employee records and HR databases. Generate reports related to HR metrics and analytics.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and recruitment strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
