Responsibilities- Lead a safe work environment, ensuring all employees adhere to company and industry safe work processes to prevent injuries.
- Maintain accurate document control and monitor quality assurance initiatives during troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and test activities.
- Ensure timely commissioning of plants, providing support and guidance to operations and maintenance teams.
- Provide expertise in process optimization, improving safety, reliability, and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, controls, and safety/security systems.
- Collaborate with business areas to identify productivity expansion projects, driving data-driven decisions for maximum profit.
- Manage plant production efficiently to meet safety and reliability targets.
- Facilitate planning, organizing, auditing, and follow-up to build a strong safety culture within the organization.
- Ensure adherence to Environmental Regulatory requirements.
- Establish operating and maintenance organizations to support commissioning activities and ongoing operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve Air Products and APQ standards, global best practices for EH&S, productivity, reliability, quality, and overall customer services.
- Meet customer satisfaction expectations on safety, reliability, product quality, and flexibility.
- Promote operational excellence and customer satisfaction through coaching and motivation of the operations and maintenance team.
