  • Technology Oversight: Maintains knowledge of advancements in examination technology and ensures all digital devices are functional and prepared for use during testing.
  • Venue Management: Oversees all operations at examination venues, managing staff and addressing any issues that arise.

Customer Relations:

  • Handles complex customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolutions by coordinating with relevant departments.
