Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to join our team at First Abu Dhabi Bank. In this role, you will be responsible for governing and monitoring programs/projects, leveraging all tools, resources, and processes to ensure timely delivery and adherence to budget. You will also be responsible for managing and succeeding program/project teams, reviewing business case documents, developing and maintaining program/project plans and budgets, and ensuring the management of expectations from stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and succeed program/project teams
  • Review business case documents to monitor budget and track value metrics
  • Develop and maintain program/project plans and budgets
  • Manage stakeholder expectations
  • Support project/delivery teams and ensure adherence to PMO processes
  • Ensure consolidation of materials as required by Portfolio Head
  • Facilitate governance forums and ensure required stakeholders are present
  • Proactively track and manage risks, issues, and dependencies related to program or project
  • Analyze data captured during program to derive insights
  • Constructively challenge decisions and timelines to ensure timely delivery
  • Evaluate quality management throughout program lifecycle
  • Provide regular updates to Portfolio Head as needed
