Job Summary

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter and Drywall Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of exterior siding and drywall installation in modular residential homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Exterior Siding Installation: Install a variety of metal and wood exterior siding, ensuring proper insulation, waterproofing, and sealing.
  • Door and Window Installation: Install doors and windows, siding, sill pans, casement, and interior entry doors in modular residential homes.
  • Drywall Installation and Finishing: Install and finish drywall on modular residential homes, utilizing hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools.
  • Quality Control: Measure, cut, and install drywall sheets, apply joint compound to seams and joints, and sand surfaces to achieve a smooth, even finish.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Repair damaged drywall sections, including holes, dents, and cracks.
Requirements
  • Experience: Must have 2 years of experience in drywall installation and drywall finishing, as well as 2 years of experience in Finish Carpentry and Carpentry.
  • Skills: Must be comfortable with overtime and have a strong attention to detail.
