We are the leading provider of maintenance, repair and overhaul services, and comprehensive lifecycle support for land platforms, heavy utility vehicles and ground support equipment of the UAE Armed Forces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize material requisitioning, job planning, and direct labour man-hour utilisation.
  • Analyse maintenance and supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure quality work in accordance with the ISO 9001 program.
  • Prepare and submit accurate maintenance and production reports.
  • Plan and execute Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) activities based on workload forecasts, service plans, and resource availability.
  • Implement a reporting system to identify trends and streamline workshop operations.
  • Submit comprehensive maintenance and repair reports as required.
  • Update the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for equipment asset management, supply chain management, work management, and maintenance management.
  • Utilise Microsoft Project for project management, scheduled analysis, and resource optimisation.
  • Generate reports on maintenance, production, spare parts, and material availability, as well as direct labour man-hour utilisation.
  • Ensure all company property is maintained in a serviceable condition, inventoried, and safeguarded.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of company information.
  • Support other members of the Production Control Department in fulfilling their roles.
  • Comply with safety, housekeeping, and environmental directives.
  • Perform other duties as required by the line manager and Senior Manager, Production Control and Information Technology.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum two years of experience in Production Control required.
  • Previous experience with CMMS enterprise software (e.g. SAP or MAXIMO) required.
  • Excellent organisational skills and data analysis abilities preferred.
  • Familiarity with Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) services required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software preferred.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal, required.
