**Interior Design Project Lead**

We are currently looking for an experienced Interior Design Project Lead to oversee the design and coordination of regional transport projects. This role requires a high level of expertise in interior design, material selection, and coordination with multi-disciplinary engineering teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality interior designs that meet client aspirations and project requirements. You will work closely with our design team to develop comprehensive designs that incorporate best practices and adhere to relevant design codes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversight of the interior design elements, including review of Contractors' material selection, detailing, integration within the overall context, as well as quality of on-site construction and installation.
  2. Developing comprehensive understanding of client aspirations and project requirements to guide design decisions.
  3. Reviewing contractor submissions of samples, mock-ups, design and shop-drawing information to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.
  4. Coodinating with other discipline reviewers to integrate interior designs with architecture, engineering, and other technical aspects.
  5. Liaising with clients to ensure alignment with regulatory and project-specific requirements.
  6. Evaluating designs to ensure they are fully conversant with relevant international and local design codes.
  7. Ensuring Contractor's designs satisfy all project requirements.

Qualifications:

  • 11-15 years of proven experience in complex transport projects.
  • Strong knowledge of international and local design codes and standards.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to address and resolve design issues promptly and efficiently.
