This strategic role will play a crucial part in the company's growth strategy, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers while maintaining compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop expertise in warehouse and distribution operations, providing guidance and support to team members.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and collaborate with internal departments to resolve problems.
- Drive continuous improvement processes, implementing successful changes and improvements.
- Participate in internal and external audits, conducting risk assessments and ensuring compliance across the site.
- Evaluate training needs and schedule sessions as required to meet immediate needs.
- Prioritize and allocate work, plan resources, and supervise teams on a daily basis.
Requirements:
- Four years of supervisory/managerial experience in pharmaceutical warehousing and distribution.
- Up-to-date knowledge of cGMP and cGDP requirements within a warehouse and distribution operation.
- Ability to challenge existing processes and propose effective improvements.
- Expertise in reviewing, amending, and drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Intermediate Excel skills for data manipulation, analysis, and presentation.
