A leading organization is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Expeditor to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
About the Role:- Procurement Activities: Coordinate and execute procurement activities to meet business needs.
- Supplier Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and freight forwarders.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate logistics activities to ensure smooth delivery of goods and services.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on procurement activities and provide regular status updates to management.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain compliance with company procurement policies and logistics regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency in supply chain operations.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or expediting.
- Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, or related field.
- Proficiency in ERP systems.
- In-depth knowledge of international shipping, customs regulations, and freight management.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
