  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise stock control of stationery and class resources.
  • Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and build effective supplier relationships.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the school's goals and objectives.
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders, ensuring all specifications and requirements are met.
  • Process stationery and resource orders, raise order documentation, process through JDE and to suppliers.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and pricing.
  • Manage order levels cost-effectively.
  • Collect and/or deliver materials within the building if required.
  • Administer the overall school purchase process, including negotiation of costs with suppliers and effective budgeting.
  • Resolve procurement-related issues, including supplier disputes and delivery problems.
  • Collaborate with academic and administrative staff to understand and fulfill their procurement needs.
