As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing continuous improvement projects, Lean Six Sigma trainings, and implementing programs to foster a culture of continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Continuous Improvement Projects
    • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to drive cost savings, increase productivity, improve quality, and enhance customer satisfaction.
    • Lead cross-functional teams to analyze performance gaps and develop process improvement plans to improve process efficiency.
    • Deliver process improvements projects (LSS/Kaizen/6S) as per the specific project schedule and agreed project charter.
    • Validate and verify improvements solution effectiveness to predetermined selected solutions by process owners.
    • Participate in gate reviews of projects and provide necessary inputs.
  • Continuous Improvement Training
    • Identify training needs and design training programs to create problem-solving mindsets within staff.
    • Facilitate and deliver LSS training and run quality process simulations on the use of quality methodologies and tools.
    • Design annual post-effectiveness of Continuous Improvement training program to evaluate the success of implementation.
    • Coach team members on usage of process improvement tools.
  • CI Ambassador Program
    • Ensure proper communication and alignment with CI ambassadors and agents as per the agreed timeline.
    • Prepare a report on the effectiveness of the CI Ambassador program annually.
  • Excellence and Quality Management
    • Ensure commitment to a culture of continuous improvement by eliminating waste, following operations procedures, practicing innovation, problem-solving, and teamwork.
    • Ensure commitment to the Nawah Fundamentals.
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Engineering.
    • 5 years of relevant experience.
    • Black Belt Certified (Lean Six Sigma).
