  2. Developing and implementing design strategies, collaborating with the executive committee to establish best practices and standards.
  3. Maintaining studio productivity through regular meetings, ensuring projects meet deadlines and goals.
  4. Evaluating project profitability and providing recommendations to enhance efficiency and performance.
  5. Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings as directed by the CEO.
  6. Coordinating direct reports' leave schedules to ensure optimal staffing for project milestones.
  7. Staying up-to-date on HR regulations and policies to manage the department effectively.
  8. Addressing departmental concerns promptly, resolving conflicts with HR involvement when necessary.

Key qualifications include:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (Master's in Architecture/Project Management preferred).
  2. Minimum 15 years of experience in the architectural industry, with at least 5 years as a senior architect/design leader.
  3. Demonstrated experience leading teams on large-scale healthcare projects.
  4. Critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.
  5. Prior experience working on healthcare projects and within the GCC region is highly desirable.
