Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Head of Construction to spearhead our pre-construction, FEED, and execution methodology for oil and gas EPC projects. The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in construction planning, site logistics, and ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in large-scale EPC projects.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Pre-Construction & FEED Stage
  • Develop construction execution strategies, including modularization, pre-fabrication, and workface planning.
  • Work closely with engineering, procurement, and project controls teams to align design with construction feasibility.
Construction Execution Planning
  • Establish and implement the Construction Execution Plan (CEP).
  • Define method statements, work breakdown structures (WBS), and productivity benchmarks.
Site Execution & Delivery
  • Oversee site operations to ensure safe, efficient, and quality-driven construction execution.
Risk & Change Management
  • Identify and mitigate construction risks, including schedule delays, cost overruns, and safety concerns.

Key Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: 20+ years in Oil & Gas EPC construction management.
  • Expertise in pre-construction planning, FEED, and execution methodology.
