Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Controller to join our team at SHISEIDO. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading the pricing process, closing and reporting processes, tracking and budgeting until gross margin.

You will work closely with the commercial team to organize monthly gross margin performance reviews, enhance gross to net investment controls and processes, and budget freight and supply chain costs in collaboration with the supply chain and logistics teams.

Additionally, you will analyze and comment on freight and supply chain costs on a monthly basis, guarantee the right allocation of SG&A expenses by company, market, customer, brand, and department, and participate actively in regional budget execution and make suggestions to improve performance.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in finance, controlling, or accounting, with 5-6 years of experience in finance, preferably with finance operational experience and high business acumen.

Key skills and qualifications include communication skills, assertiveness, agility, and business acumen, as well as exposure to a multi-cultural environment.
