We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Platinum Interiors LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution and delivery of high-end commercial and residential projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Planning and Execution: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Client Coordination: Coordinate with clients, architects, interior designers, and subcontractors to define project requirements and design intent.
- Regulatory Compliance: Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities.
- Material Sourcing: Manage procurement of materials and equipment.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure quality standards are met.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the interior fit-out industry in the UAE.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Proficient in project management software.
- Working knowledge of UAE building codes and regulations.
- Fluency in English, Arabic fluency preferred.
