HR Assistant

Remas International Academy seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to provide administrative support to the HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR team.
- Stay informed about labor laws and HR compliance requirements to ensure the organization's adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate training sessions and development programs for employees.
- Assist in tracking employee training and development activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and electronic.
- Assist in the documentation of personnel actions, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.
- Monitor and record employee attendance and absences.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRMS software.
