Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with the spa team to resolve queries efficiently and effectively.
- Performing massage sessions according to the schedule and meeting guest expectations.
- Assisting with guest contact and correspondence as needed.
- Preparing and executing spa services to the highest standards.
- Conducting regular body and treatment evaluations to maintain quality standards.
- Participating in promotional events and spa demonstrations to enhance guest experience.
- Maintaining adherence to SOP guidelines and regulations at all times.
- Handling customer complaints and therapy-related queries professionally.
- Providing usage reports on therapy services and ensuring therapy room cleanliness.
- Managing stock and inventory levels for therapy products and spa consumables.
