Key Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with suppliers to arrange samples and performa invoices.
  • Preparing sales reports, attaching photographs, and formatting in standard reports for buying trips.
  • Generating stock reports for territories, reviewing best sellers and slow sellers, allocations, general reviews, etc.
  • Maintaining catalogues, photographs, files (hard copy and scanned copies).
  • Collaborating with VM and Marketing departments to share information and samples about upcoming ranges.
  • Ensuring timely updates of CAM sheets and working with Ecom teams.
  • Checking Proforma invoices against orders placed and preparing internal memos.
