Role Overview

As a Chief Security Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and safety of our operations. Your expertise will guide the implementation of advanced security measures across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technology Assurance: Ensure that all security technology installations, including access control, surveillance systems, and alarm mechanisms, align with established standards.
  • Compliance Management: Guarantee adherence to national regulations and internal policies concerning security systems.
  • Budget Development: Collaborate in the formulation of budgets that address technology-related needs.
  • Maintenance Scheduling: Create and manage a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Lifecycle Replacement (LCR) schedule in partnership with Facilities Management.
  • Project Participation: Engage in relevant Project Working Groups (PWG) to ensure security considerations are integrated into all projects.
  • Security Planning: Formulate comprehensive security technology plans for all initiatives and assess new premises for security compliance.
  • RFP Development: Assist in the creation of Request for Proposal (RFP) documentation and support the RFP process.
  • System Commissioning: Oversee the commissioning of all security systems to ensure operational readiness.
  • Leadership Development: Mentor and support security leads across clusters and countries, providing guidance and training as necessary.
  • Reporting Compliance: Ensure that all reporting requirements are met in accordance with Group standards.
  • Strategic Contribution: Actively participate in and contribute to the Security and Safety Leadership Team (S&SLT).

Your role will be instrumental in fostering a secure environment that supports our business objectives while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.
