Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technician to enhance our Civil Engineering team. This role involves engaging in various civil and infrastructure projects, collaborating with international project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expertise in Civils 3D, MX, and AutoCAD drafting.

  • Oversee and delegate tasks to junior technicians.

  • Assist in training junior staff as necessary.

  • Support the development and enforcement of drawing office standards.

  • Contribute to the recruitment process for drafting personnel in collaboration with HR.
  • Manage Project Drawing Transmittals in the absence of a Document Controller.
  • Perform general office duties to meet project requirements.
  • Involve in project scheduling and monitoring.

  • Ensure adherence to health and safety policies on projects.

Role Responsibilities:
In this capacity, you will be accountable for producing high-quality civil drafting and coordinating Civil standards for projects.

Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of experience in a civil technician or drafting role.
  • Proficient in Civils 3D, AutoCAD, Infraworks, Navisworks, AutoTurn, and SSA.

  • Strong initiative and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Familiarity with Microdrainage, AASHTO standards, and Innovyze is advantageous.
