Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and modify existing compensation and benefits programs to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Develop and implement new compensation and benefits strategies that promote employee engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with third-party service providers to negotiate benefit plans and resolve issues.
  • Support the HR team in recruitment and talent management activities.
  • Design and manage profit-sharing, incentive, employee wellness, and performance management programs.
  • Oversee subordinate HR employees and daily operations related to compensation and benefits.
  • Prepare budgets, reports, and presentations to communicate program effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful compensation and benefits programs.
