Job Overview:

The Business Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the team at AWJ. This individual will be responsible for various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creation of presentations, maintenance of excel sheets, and preparation of related documents.
  • Collection and posting of Purchase invoices from the receiving team with accuracy.
  • Monitoring pending POS in the system requires strong organizational skills.
  • Performing administrative duties as required to ensure efficient operations.
  • Filing daily and weekly reports of purchases on time.
  • Preparation of invoices and filing necessary documents with care.
  • Maintenance of an organized filing system for optimal productivity.
  • Development and maintenance of Procedures Manual for all tasks.
  • Ensuring safety and accuracy of inventory reports, production reports, receiving reports, and receivable documents.

Key Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • An understanding of numbers and basic arithmetic.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is expected.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including on-call shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
