- Strong knowledge of construction finance, project accounting, and cost control.
- Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic financial planning.
- Leadership experience in managing and mentoring finance teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
