  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and time management skills are necessary for ensuring accurate and efficient processing of waste materials.
  • Certifications: Ability to become forklift certified through internal coaching.
  • Shift Work: Ability to work long shifts and be punctual for assigned start times.

Physical Demands:

  • Outdoor Work: Ability to work in outdoor elements and rotating shifts.
  • Physical Abilities: Must be able to lift, push, pull, and stand for extended periods.
