We are seeking a Lead Engineer for Application Transition who possesses a profound understanding of extensive infrastructure deployments within large-scale environments, both in cloud and on-premises settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Infrastructure Expertise: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of designing and implementing cloud network architectures within Azure Cloud.
  • Project Management: Oversee the entire product/project life cycle, ensuring effective initiation, development, and closure.
  • Networking Proficiency: Exhibit a solid understanding of Azure Networking components, including Application Gateways, Virtual Networks, Load Balancers, and Network Security Groups (NSGs).
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the central security team to facilitate the design of Load Balancer and Web Application Firewall (WAF).
  • Documentation and Coordination: Prepare rollout documentation, raise Change Requests (CRs) for security and connectivity implementations, and liaise with central teams for deployment.
  • Server Management: Track the procurement of new servers and ensure timely handover to the service team.
  • Systems Administration: Manage and administer Windows and Unix/AIX servers, with a strong focus on Active Directory, DNS, Clustering, Group Policy, and IIS.
  • Programming Skills: Proficient in Shell Scripting and Oracle PL/SQL development, with a robust foundation in core Java programming.
  • Messaging Services: Experience with Messaging Services, including JMS, WebSphere MQ, and Active MQ.

This role is pivotal in driving our application migration efforts and ensuring seamless integration within our infrastructure.
