Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Loss Prevention Engineer to provide safety and loss prevention information and support, including interpretations of codes, standards, and practices on existing plants, facility modifications, and new projects.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Performing conceptual studies, FEED, and basic engineering for safety/loss prevention related facilities modifications and/or multi-discipline modifications.
  • Preparing EPC Scope of work documents for such modifications.
  • Preparing and/or reviewing LP deliverables for the proposed modification and new projects.
  • Participating and regularly leading a multi-disciplinary team in safety reviews (e.g., HAZOP, HAZID, ENVID, PHSER, LSE, QRA, FHA, PHA studies, and Cause and Effects reviews).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective safety protocols to minimize risks and losses.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  3. Analyze data and identify areas for improvement to optimize safety performance.
