Job Description:

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in building our brand, creating engaging content, and driving social media engagement. This includes developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy, managing and creating content for our social media platforms, and maintaining a consistent brand aesthetic across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and create compelling content (photos, videos, reels, posts) for various social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others.
  2. Capture high-quality images and videos of treatments, client testimonials, staff, and clinic events, ensuring visually engaging content.
  3. Create and edit graphics for social media posts, stories, and other marketing materials to maintain a consistent brand aesthetic.
  4. Oversee daily operations of the clinic's social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to inquiries, and increasing engagement.
  5. Develop a content calendar and strategy to ensure regular and consistent content posting, aligned with marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  6. Use creativity to generate fresh content ideas and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and keep content output consistent.

Requirements:

  1. 3-4 years of experience in content creation, social media management, and photography/videography. Experience in the clinic, beauty, or wellness industry is a plus.
  2. Proficiency in capturing high-quality images and videos, including creating reels and stories for social media.
  3. Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software.
  4. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics, with a proven ability to drive engagement and grow online presence.
  5. Strong creative skills with the ability to generate engaging and visually appealing content.
  6. Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
