About the Role

The Home Care Coordinator will be a key member of our team, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of our Home Care Business Unit across Arabia. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent time management skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Creating, raising, and amending Accounts Payable (APs) for all categories within Home Care BU across all countries, channels, and customers in Arabia.
  2. Ensuring funds uploaded in the system are within forecasted amounts, creating APs as per forecast, obtaining approval from stakeholders, and maintaining an AP tracker.
  3. Creating Sales Deals and sharing monthly summaries with countries.
  4. Amending APs post-actualization of spends.
  5. Updating BCO codes when SAP codes change or innovations are launched.

Requirements and Qualifications

We are looking for individuals with 1-2 years of experience in IT or business, holding an IT or business degree, and possessing skills such as sales analysis, data entry, data crunching, and sales coordination.
