Job Description

The Crew Training Manager ensures the safe, efficient, and compliant training of Wizz Air's flight and cabin crew. This role oversees training policies, instructor qualifications, and regulatory adherence while collaborating with key stakeholders to maintain high safety and proficiency standards.

The main duties include fulfilling Nominated Post Holder Training duties, implementing operational management documents into all training, ensuring safe and efficient conduct of training, and enabling safe flight operations. The role also involves setting training policy in coordination with the Chief Pilot and standardizing training for all Wizz Air aircraft as far as practicable.

  • Fulfilling the duties of Nominated Post Holder Training as defined by the GCAA.
  • Implementing the policy, standards and procedures of the Wizz Air OM D into all training, examination and checking.
  • Ensuring the safe and efficient conduct of all Wizz Air pilot and Cabin Crew training, in accordance with the relevant Civil Aviation Regulations.
  • Setting the training policy in coordination with the Chief Pilot.
  • Standardizing training for all Wizz Air aircraft as far as practicable, in concert with the CP.
