Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle confidential matters with discretion, especially those affecting business decisions.
  • Process approvals for purchase requests, memos, online payments, and other business documents.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the Executive Office, Corporate Office, and key stakeholders.
  • Advise team members on best practices and operational matters.
  • Coordinate with various departments to meet deadlines and ensure business activity smoothness.
Logistics Coordination:
  • Arrange business travel, visa applications, accommodations, and transportation as needed.
  • Manage logistics for business meetings, events, and corporate engagements.
Customer Focus:
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach in all tasks and responsibilities.
  • Enhance business operation efficiency and effectiveness by aligning with company objectives.
  • Quickly adapt to a dynamic work environment, handling multiple tasks with resilience and agility.
