We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Specialist to join our team and provide expert legal guidance on various aspects of our business. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as supporting the development of our overall legal strategy.

**Job Description:*

Key Responsibilities:
  • Legal Advice and Support: Provide timely and effective legal advice to various stakeholders within the company, including senior management, departments, and external parties.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Contract Review and Negotiation: Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring that they align with the company's interests and comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Liaison with External Parties: Liaise with external lawyers, counsellors, and other stakeholders to handle legal matters and seek advice when required.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent LLM/PHD from a recognized University.
  • Language Proficiency: High level of proficiency in English and Arabic.
  • Experience: A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in law practicing in contracts, constructions, projects, and relevant industries.
  • Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of UAE legal law.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, cultural sensitivity, adaptability, analytical and research skills.
