About the Position:
We are seeking a skilled QC Engineer to join our team at NAFFCO FZCO. The primary objective of this position is to ensure the highest quality standards in our mechanical and electrical systems.
- Evaluate and assess incoming materials for compliance with industry and safety standards, identifying any discrepancies or defects.
- Analyze data and develop detailed quality documentation, including inspection reports and compliance checklists, to ensure traceability and accountability.
- Implement and monitor quality control processes, utilizing statistical methods to analyze data and improve overall product reliability and performance.
- Conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective actions for non-conformance issues, ensuring timely resolution to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to prepare necessary documentation and respond to findings to ensure continuous improvement.
- Evaluate supplier quality performance through audits and assessments, ensuring that materials meet specified quality standards before acceptance.
- Utilize advanced testing equipment and software for diagnostics, ensuring precise measurements and effective troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems.
Key Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in quality assurance, reliability engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
