Job Description

As a Senior Design Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing design teams to deliver high-quality architectural projects. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

You will have overall responsibility for designing and planning new construction projects or renovations, including collaborating with senior architects to develop architectural concepts and ensuring that designs align with project requirements, budget, and timelines.

A strong focus on sustainability and environmental considerations is essential, incorporating energy-efficient technologies and materials when applicable. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining project documentation, including drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Design and planning: Develop architectural concepts, designs, and plans for new construction projects or renovations
  • Research and analysis: Research materials, building codes, zoning regulations, and construction techniques to support design decisions and project compliance
  • Documentation: Create and maintain project documentation, including drawings, blueprints, and specifications
