- Progress Monitoring: Regularly verify that the schedule is adhered to and take proactive measures to address any delays.
- Quality Assurance: Assess the adequacy of equipment and workforce provided by subcontractors, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Non-Conformity Management: Maintain a register for non-conformities related to subcontractors and coordinate efforts to resolve these issues effectively.
- Design Review: Identify and rectify any design discrepancies, or liaise with the site engineer for necessary modifications.
- Work Progress Approval: Review and approve subcontractors' work progress sheets.
- Supplier Coordination: Manage interactions with supplier specialists to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Contract Support: Assist the contract engineer in establishing new pricing, preparing adjustments for subcontractors, and analyzing claims.
