The Job

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Smart Home Automation Solutions Specialist. As a Smart Home Automation Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical consultation to customers and executing projects for the implementation of Zennio solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Execution: Collaborate with project managers to confirm and validate technical specifications with customers, program and document projects to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Technical Support: Handle technical inquiries and resolve questions throughout the project/product lifecycle to ensure an optimal customer experience.
  • Integration Management: Execute integrations with local software in collaboration with the HQ team and foster partnerships with other industry partners.
  • Process Optimization: Revise and optimize work procedures to facilitate the onboarding of new team members.
  • Consultation for the Sales Team: Support the sales team with programming possibilities to ensure the solutions offered during the sales process are feasible.
  • Beta Testing: Test new products and solutions to ensure they meet customer requirements before being included in new releases.

Requirements for the Position

  • Bachelor's Degree + Master's in Engineering or an equivalent degree in a technological field.
  • Background in the technological sector.
  • Advanced KNX knowledge.
  • Experience with DALI.
  • Experience in network configuration.
  • Basic Linux knowledge.
  • English proficiency at C2 level or native fluency.
