Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor I-C to join our team at Oil and Gas Job Search Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the company's maintenance programs, ensuring compliance with quality management systems and ISO standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Implementation: Develop and implement approved policies, processes, and procedures to support the execution of work programs.
  • Process Execution: Perform procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in line with respective processes and activities to ensure timely processing.
  • Quality Improvement: Provide feedback on updating and implementing new tools and techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of processes.
  • Compliance: Ensure full compliance to Quality Management System's controlled documents and implemented practices in line with ISO standards.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum Qualification: A two-year diploma after secondary school graduate or equivalent technical qualification.
  • Minimum Experience and Knowledge: 8 years of experience as a maintenance execution in oil/gas or petrochemical companies.
  • Key Skills: Very good knowledge in Control System to carry out the maintenance activity to work on a wide range of Instrumentation, Analyzer, and Control Systems.
  • Communication and Reporting: Good communication and reporting skills in English language.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with SAP/CMMS and basic computerized tools.
  • Work Experience: 8 years of work experience in installation, repair, testing, and maintenance of a wide range of Instrumentation and control systems of production facilities in refinery/petrochemical/Oil & Gas industries.
  • Maintenance Experience: Maintenance experience with DCS, PLC, and ESD systems.
  • Control Valve and Transmitter Maintenance: Vast experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of control valves and transmitters.
  • ATEX and Hazardous Area Classifications: Awareness about ATEX, Hazardous Area Classifications, and its installations.
  • HSE Requirements: Thorough knowledge of HSE requirements for field maintenance jobs.
  • Leadership and Teamwork: Ability to lead a team of direct-hired and body shop technicians on the job, customer-oriented, coaching skills of an advanced level, and a good safety record.
  • Communication and Technical Report Writing: Good communication and technical report writing skills in English.
  • Teamwork and Multicultural Environment: Team working attitude in a multi-cultural, multi-national work environment.
  • CMMS Systems: Practical knowledge of CMMS systems like SAP.
  • Professional Certifications: Fully aware of Hazardous areas classifications and its installations and aware of HSE policies and practices.
