Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including departmental profit and loss statements and result analysis
  • Manage general ledger journals, including prepayments, expense and interest accruals, and payroll journals
  • Conduct monthly review of payroll and related employment expenses, acting as backup to the payroll officer during their absence
  • Prepare annual financial reports and submit financial information to external auditors
  • Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and reporting, including annual depreciation and interest budgets
  • Support regular periodic forecasting exercises throughout the financial year

Requirements

  • Recent graduate with an accounting qualification
  • Aspiration to attain CPA qualification
