Job Overview

The Delivery Readiness Coordinator contributes to the success of Onesubsea by ensuring that equipment is delivered on time and meets operational requirements. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to improve the reliability of Division equipment assets and increase their utilization and efficiency.

  • Collaborate with the Equipment Readiness Lead and Engineer to prepare equipment for jobs.
  • Execute work orders as assigned, focusing on non-invasive maintenance related to final preparation of surface and downhole equipment and ready boxes.
  • Verify the status of equipment certifications and calibrations.
  • Participate in final function testing such as calibration, inspection, certification, or verification, including Wireline Operational Combination Check, pressure test, measurement calibration, and metrological inspection.
  • Ensure accurate completion of work orders through the Computerized Maintenance Management System for the Division, adhering to standard work procedures.
  • Organize and maintain documentation related to equipment preparation, certification, and calibration.
  • Coordinate equipment shipment and staging to designated locations.
  • Assist in loading equipment onto trucks when necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and participate in initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity in equipment readiness, CoSD, and asset utilization.
