Tiger Group is seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to join our team. As a Planning Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of high-rise building projects.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Planning Engineer with 4-6 years of experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning, coordination, and execution. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Main Responsibilities
  • Review baseline programs of work submitted by contractors and ensure they meet client requirements.
  • Evaluate progress reports and recovery schedules submitted by contractors.
  • Report project progress status to client representatives.
  • Arrange regular progress meetings with contractors and clients.
  • Assist Resident Engineers with technical documentation, reports, and permits.
  • Maintain close coordination with site teams to verify project progress.
  • Evaluate and monitor project critical paths, delay analysis, and risks.
  • Prepare dashboards and internal reports for management.
  • Monitor project KPIs, S-Curves, cash flows, manpower histograms, and material delivery status.
Requirements
  • High-rise building experience is mandatory.
  • 4-6 years of experience as a Planning Engineer.
