Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled professional who can take full ownership of our human resources function and help build a strong, engaged, and high-performing team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in implementing employee engagement, performance management, and satisfaction programs, as well as experience managing HR functions across multiple countries and ensuring legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and improve HR operations, including creating and managing HR policies and processes that support our growing international team.
• Ensure smooth hiring, onboarding, and offboarding for both remote and office-based employees, while maintaining organized HR records and reports for compliance and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Experience managing HR functions across multiple countries and ensuring legal compliance, with a strong understanding of HR best practices, including hiring, retention, and compliance.
