Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute the operational risk framework within the bank
  • Foster a culture of operational risk awareness throughout the organization
  • Promote best practices in risk control across business units
  • Identify, assess, strengthen, and notify management regarding significant risks and controls
  • Conduct regular Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) and thorough reviews
  • Ensure timely reporting of operational risk events and process failures by various units
  • Deliver monthly Key Risk Indicators to the Operational Risk Committee and executive management
  • Prepare and submit reports to the relevant regulatory authority punctually
  • Oversee the timely submission of loss data reports and maintain the Operational Risk Register
