  • Audit & Documentation Management: Maintain all necessary tax records, ensuring compliance with local tax laws and audit readiness. Organize and store documents efficiently for quick access during audits.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Work closely with the finance team, operations, logistics, and import/export personnel to collect, verify, and organize tax-related documentation.
  • Liaison with Tax Authorities & Consultants: Handle queries, provide necessary documents, and liaise with external tax consultants to ensure compliance with evolving tax regulations.
  • Policy Adherence & Training: Monitor tax policies, implement necessary changes, and conduct training sessions for finance and operational teams on correct invoicing and tax documentation procedures.
  • Compliance Monitoring & Reporting: Conduct sample checks, generate compliance reports, and ensure all tax filings align with government regulations.
