Job Summary:

We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to join our team, reporting to the Facilities Management Department.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day activities and optimal performance of building systems.

You will work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise all relevant maintenance activities within the facilities
  • Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, HVAC systems, and other technical systems
  • Manage a team of technicians, supervisors, and coordinators, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and reduce operational costs
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of emergency response plans, ensuring preparedness for unforeseen incidents

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Proven experience in facilities management, with at least 4 years in a supervisory role
  • Knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise and motivate a diverse team
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to maintenance and operational challenges
  • Proficiency in computer-aided facility management (CAFM) software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of local regulations, codes, and safety standards related to facilities management
