About Our Spa

Our spa at Anantara Hotels & Resorts offers a tranquil oasis where guests can relax and rejuvenate their minds and bodies.

We are seeking a skilled Spa Therapist to join our team and provide exceptional massage therapies and body treatments to our guests.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations

  1. Greet guests warmly and address them by name to create a positive first impression.
  2. Maintain high levels of service standards as prescribed in our Standard Operations Manual.
  3. Deliver quality massage therapies and body treatments as specified in our Standard Training Manual.
  4. Ensure that all equipment associated with the service functions at all times.
  5. Provide answers to questions related to services and identify the benefits or advantages of treatments required by our guests.
  6. Support demonstrations and events as required.
  7. Participate in new training and refreshing programs as necessary.
  8. Update the Therapist Log Book.
  9. Complete assignments stated by deadlines with the spa manager or supervisor's guidelines.
  10. Adapt to changes indicated by the company.

Qualifications and Requirements

  1. Certificate in massage therapy.
  2. A qualified female candidate with the ability to conduct yoga sessions is preferred.
  3. Previous spa experience is required.
  4. Able to communicate effectively in English and Arabic.
  5. High standard of personal hygiene and grooming.
  6. Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
