Job Title: Oracle HRMS Consultant

About the Role:

This is a key role within our team, requiring exceptional understanding of all aspects of HR department operations. You will work closely with HR and business stakeholders to implement large-scale Oracle E-Business Suite ERP system implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and support HR in business process workshops and conference room pilot sessions
  • Conduct gap analysis of current processes versus recommended processes
  • Make suggestions for viable workarounds to suit HR business process within standard Oracle functionality
  • Support the HR customization recommendation process and document requirements
  • Review and assess vendor delivery of developed customizations
  • Review and approve all documentation prior to SME's review
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing prior to SME's review
  • Manage and arrange HR and Business User Training function
  • Document sound recommendations for interfaces with other systems
  • Assist managing user expectations within the HR Department
  • Lead an organization-wide change management initiative for the ERP project, overcoming resistance and barriers to change through a solid change campaign

Requirements:

This role requires a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, majoring in Human Resource Management or Information Systems, along with 10 years' experience in HR consultancy, including operational HR senior/management positions. Middle East experience is essential, and knowledge of UAE Labour Laws and regulations is necessary.

We are seeking an individual with exceptional planning and organisation skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
