- Strategic Development: Formulate and implement a robust compensation and benefits strategy that supports the overall mission and vision of ALDAR.
- Management of Compensation Structures: Oversee the modifications and governance of the group compensation and benefits framework, adhering to the Delegation of Authority (DOA).
- Program Leadership: Spearhead the design, execution, and oversight of compensation initiatives, ensuring they meet organizational standards.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to maintain competitive and financially viable compensation and benefits offerings. Stay updated on industry benchmarks and trends.
- Competitive Assessment: Evaluate the organization's competitive positioning relative to peer entities, conducting regular assessments of the pay philosophy.
- Strategic Guidance: Provide insights and recommendations to senior management regarding compensation strategies, including salary frameworks, equity considerations, incentive structures, and executive remuneration.
- Internal Equity Analysis: Deliver analysis to the Talent Acquisition team for new hires, ensuring alignment with internal compensation practices.
- Job Evaluation: Review Job Evaluation (JE) scores for specialized roles, ensuring they align with the established compensation and benefits framework.
- Long-Term and Short-Term Incentives: Manage the Long-Term Incentive (LTI) and Short-Term Incentive (STI) programs, ensuring compliance with established policies regarding share liquidation.
