Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in the UAE. The successful candidate will provide top-notch technical support to healthcare clients, ensuring seamless operation of their systems.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide L1 support to customers, resolving issues or escalating to L2 as needed
  • Troubleshoot workstation applications, including memory, audio, and Microsoft Office
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, or remote tools to resolve reported issues
  • Monitor ticketing systems, prioritize tickets, and ensure adherence to SLAs
  • Generate and deliver accurate reports to customers
  • Deploy software updates and maintain IT system efficiency
  • Document resolutions and contribute to process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare IT regulations and data security standards

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Arabic speaker, very good English language skills
  • Passion for IT and eagerness to stay updated with technology
  • Must have valid UAE Driver's License and ability to travel
  • At least 2 years of experience in Hospitals or healthcare IT support
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently or in a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT tools; ITIL certification is a plus
