Job Description:

As a Technical Support Specialist at ENOC LUBRICANTS AND GREASE MANUFACTURING PLANT LLC, you will be responsible for delivering second-line support to end-users in the organization. This role involves maintaining and modifying solutions, ensuring their performance, capacity, upgrades, and administering applications and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and Maintenance: Provide technical assistance to users, resolve issues, and maintain system functionality.
  • Solutions Design and Delivery: Assist in designing, delivering, and improving applications and systems to meet business needs.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of Information Technology experience, with 2+ years in relevant working experience.
